ICOP offers an open database to our users and those who are
interested in our products. Here you can always find the

Purchase
Orders
Purchase orders are welcomed by telephone, mail or fax. Please
make sure that the purchase order includes purchaser's name,
phone number, model number, purchase order number, billing
and shipping information, and the quantity of each purchased
products. The purchasers must pay in full all applicable taxes,
insurance and shipping charges.
- Prices
and Specifications are subject to change without notice.
- Shipping
way will be via ground transportation unless being specified.
- Delivery
lead-time is based on stocks availability and manufacturing
schedule. Normally it takes 14 to 28 days.
- Quantity
discount is based on the volume per shipment or contract
basis.
- Payment
terms: Company check /Cashiers check / Visa Cards / Master
Cards or T/T wiring.
- Credit
line is based on credit approval.
- Government
purchase orders are accepted.
Warranty
ICOP provides one-year parts and labor warranty for all sold
merchandise, starting from the shipping date. Any product
that is found defective within this period of warranty can
be replaced or repaired, after ICOP checks and verifies the
defects. This warranty is not extended to any product, which
is repaired or altered by anyone other than ICOP's technicians
or is misused or improperly installed.
Merchandises
can be returned for credit within 30 days after being shipped.
All return for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking
fee, except for evaluation units. All return credit will not
include the shipping and handling fee. Please check the Return
Merchandise Authorization section for our RMA policy.
